Inner Light is the stepping stone towards the spiritual path of awakening. Inner Light penetrates the densest parts of the emotions, thus supporting the awakening to the first spiritual awakening.  Life becomes generally brighter,  lighter and filled with continuous synchronicities. Life takes on a deeper meaning filled with insights and synchronicities.

The Higher Self is experienced as a connection to one’s inner spiritual wisdom and spirit, also known as Higher Consciousness. There is an internal space where one can observe their own thoughts, body and emotions in a neutral and more objective way. This space creates an opening for the Higher Self to be present. It feels like a higher intuitive sense, higher power, or even an internal voice that guides one through life in a more intuitive and gentle way, often overriding the linear mind and limited sensory consciousness.
