12 STATES OF THE HEART
The understanding or feeling, state of the heart varies depending on the state of consciousness. The level of openness and depth.
Wherever ones consciousness is at, there is always an opportunity to know a deeper heart, a closer heart a more true heart. The key is surrender. Are you willing to surrender to The Absolute Heart.​

The most natural heart is the Absolute heart. Fully open to the Is-ness of any moment. It expresses the highest form of Love, which is the pure light of consciousness itself. As our level of consciousness descended from the Atlantean times, our heart also decreased its capacity to know love and be that pure light of consciousness.
Below is a chart I created to explain the different levels and states of the heart`s consciousness.
These states are a transition to the Absolute heart.
Emotional Heart 20-440
Identification starts with an emotional love, that usually is protected by the mind and has a concept / idea of what and how love should be. One get hurt many times, experience pain and suffering, thus keeps the heart in a cocoon thinking that’s the way to keep it away from being hurt again. The emotional heart is very limited within itself.

How to heal the Emotional Heart
As one starts to evolve, very soon realises that the way out of this holding is to forgive and accept ourselves and be free from the past life experience and to heal it from our heart. One must forgive the past, forgive One-Self and accept reality as it occurred and unfolded in life. Here a lot of heaviness releases. It a phase of letting go of the past by completing the cycles of acceptance, forgiveness and allowance.
Inner Wisdom ( 440 - 500 )
When the hearts opens to Inner Wisdom. A deeper understanding and spiritual wisdom starts being attained. Inner Light awakens. The heart becomes illuminated for the first time. Lightness and initial freedom is experienced. The hearts inner voice becomes more evident and real into your everyday life. The heart starts showing you the way as the intuition becomes more ripened. Awakening the higher self.

Inner Love ( 500 - 540 )
When Inner Love awakens, the ocean of love is experienced and realises that everything is made of Love. The heart opens to feel one another. Its like a flower blooming. Happiness and Joy arises.
Here is were you enter the heavenly realm. Heaven awakens within the heart. Joy, Serenity and all the beautiful qualities of the heart have a glimpse of the capacity to love one self and another. A honey moon love. Here becomes a process of healing with self love.
Oneness ( 540 - 600 )
Here is when the heart ripens enough and melts into becoming the planetary oneness love. Feeling Oneness and connectedness with nature and one with another. Here you feel you belong and one awakens to a higher desire to want and change the world around you. The light body fully activates and in complete. ( Merkaba)

Presence of the Heart and Soul
( 600 - 670 )
​
At some point, all this power of love you have cultivated attained must be surrendered. Must be let go. To only dive into a deeper heart. The Presence of the Heart and Soul. An experience and awakening of peace within. The Soul comes through and one experiences a pre-enlightenment state.
Non-Dual Heart ( 670 - 700 )
It takes some maturing into presence until one ripens and surrenders into the Non-Dual Heart. A learning process of dual energies, emotions that the non dual heart had the awareness to now recognise these polarities within it. This heart now understands its not about good or bad or right or wrong... it can simply see both ends of the same energy stream. Easier to digest. When the heart processes most of the dualities it matures and opens to a greater knowledge.

The Heart of All-ness ( 700 - 800 )
​
Universal knowledge is now accessing the heart. Awareness becomes more evident. Very bright and valuable. The heart feels very rich and has access to any knowledge and enlightened heart. It`s a state of I am All-ness. All with everything in the manifested world / worlds. Your heart encompasses the Universe. Like a second honey moon return.
The Unknown Mysticism ( 800 - 850 )
At some point if you are still willing to surrender further, you must allow all this attainment to go to be able to deepen into the unknown.
The Great Unknown. The dark matter. The unconsciousness. The light of awareness is so strong that it seeps and penetrates into the depths of the unconscious heart. Lightening what you haven't had access to, till this point. Stepping into an unknown heart. Very mystical state.

Divine Love Union ( 850 - 900 )
​
When one completes the cycles from the deep unconsciousness, one matures and opens a very beautiful divine marriage. A marriage with the Divine Heart. The Divine Masculine and Divine Feminine Merges. An experience of merging in union with divine love. A celebration of Divine love. The highest form of the feminine and the masculine meet. The heart gets blessed by Divine Grace. Your heart becomes a Graceful heart and truly compassionate heart.
Truthful Heart ( 900 - 1000 )
The next opening is into the Truth Body. The Heart becomes illuminated with all that is left to be seen and cleared out of the way. Every root cause, every little cloud thats in the way, any concept still lingering, is lifted by the clarity of truth, Consciousness and bliss. Clearing and cleaning the last bits that are in the way. Illuminating like a thunder. Unhooking from its root core.

The Absolute Heart ( 1000 )

Up to a moment when the clear shield or glass around this heart breaks, every concept dies, its like hitting the bottom and crack open.
The Absolute Heart is Now Here. The most natural state of love Is Present. Love beyond birth or death. Love that can`t be broken. Love which is not opposing anything. Love which IS. Love which is complete within itself. Love which is fully fulfilled by itself. Love that is eternal. Love that is Freedom. A powerless Power. A Stateless State. Consciousness Itself.
